Reservation conditions
  • Confirmation of the final attendance number is required 48 hours prior to the event.
  • If the actual attendance exceeds the confirmed number, an additional fee will be charged according to the actual number.
  • Food and beverages are not permitted without prior written approval.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • 25% discount for cancellations 5–10 days in advance
  • 50% discount for cancellations 3–4 days in advance
  • 100% discount for cancellations 1–2 days in advance
  • The client is responsible for any damage to the hall or its equipment.
